Returns & Exchanges

At Splay Shoes, we want you to love every step in your new footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
